           📄 TERMS & CONDITIONS – UNLIMITED TAPZ LLC

By using any services provided by Unlimited Tapz LLC, including manual game credit loading, Gateway access via DubHub, redemption processes, or customer support, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • All users must be 18 years of age or older to use any services offered by Unlimited Tapz.

  • Users must provide accurate and verifiable contact information upon registration or load/redeem requests.

2. Game Platform Access

  • Unlimited Tapz provides access to manual sweepstakes platforms (e.g., Golden Dragon, Magic City, Black Mamba, River Sweeps) and the Gateway system via DubHub.

  • Gateway access requires registration through the DubHub app using affiliate code 536919.

  • Unlimited Tapz is not responsible for platform downtime, maintenance, or technical errors on third-party platforms.

3. Account Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for ensuring all submitted forms (load or redeem) contain correct contact, payment, and game account information.

  • Unlimited Tapz is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

  • Multiple accounts under the same user may be reviewed or suspended if abuse is suspected.

4. Credit Loading Policy

  • Manual platforms require users to complete a load request form and confirm payment before credits are added.

  • Gateway users must fund their eWallet via DubHub before credits (tokens) can be purchased in the Gateway system.

5. Request and Redemption Policy

  • Manual Requests: Accepted Monday–Friday, only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
    Users receive a confirmation text and must select ACH (free) or Instant Request (fee applies).

  • Gateway Requests: Accepted twice daily through the Redeem Tokens feature in the Manage menu, before 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

  • There is no daily limit on number of Gateway requests; however, the daily payout maximum is $9,000 per user.

6. Payment Processing

  • Manual payouts are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Gateway redemptions are subject to the policies and processing timeframes of DubHub and its connected payment systems.

  • Instant requests may incur additional third-party fees which are deducted from the payout amount.

7. Refunds & Disputes

  • All credit loads and requests are final and non-refundable.

  • Users must contact Unlimited Tapz support within 24 hours of a transaction if they believe an error occurred.

  • Disputes will be reviewed, and a resolution will be provided within 3–5 business days.

8. Promotions & Bonuses

  • Promotions, bonuses, and free credits are provided at the sole discretion of Unlimited Tapz and are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

  • Abuse or manipulation of promotions may result in account suspension or forfeiture of credits.

9. Responsible Gaming

  • Users are encouraged to play responsibly.

  • If at any time you wish to pause or close your access to our platforms, contact us via text or email.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use fraudulent payment methods or impersonate another person

  • Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or abuse our platform systems

  • Share your account credentials with others

  • Harass or abuse our staff or other users

11. Service Availability

  • Unlimited Tapz reserves the right to suspend access to services for maintenance, fraud prevention, or violation of these terms.

  • We make no guarantees of uninterrupted access to game platforms or payout systems.

12. Legal Liability

  • Unlimited Tapz LLC is a marketing and processing service provider and is not liable for gameplay outcomes, platform errors, or financial loss due to user negligence.

  • Use of our services indicates your agreement to waive liability for technical issues outside our control.

13. Policy Changes

  • Unlimited Tapz reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

  • Continued use of our services indicates your agreement with the current posted terms.
